$89 Per Month – Your Tier one membership entitles you to one Stay Relaxed Massage or one Stay Organic Eminence Facial per month. $169 Per Month – Your Tier 2 membership entitles you to one massage and one facial per month. You have and assortment of massage and facial options to choose from, making your membership completely customizable. $209 Per Month – Your Tier 3 membership entitles you to one massage, one facial, and one gel manicure luxe pedicure per month. You have an assortment of options to choose from, making your membership completely customizable.
